At BohoBorn, most of our pieces are made to order - a conscious choice to reduce overproduction, fabric waste, and our overall carbon footprint.
Each garment is crafted with care only after your order is placed, which allows us to honour both sustainability and craftsmanship.

Because of this mindful process, we are unable to offer refunds once an order is in motion. We encourage you to reach out to us before placing an order if you need any help with sizing or product details - we're always here to assist.

Refund Policy

We follow a no refund policy, unless the product you receive is damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

• You receive a defective or damaged product
• There is a manufacturing fault

In select genuine cases, we may offer an exchange if the sizing does not fit. However:

• Please ensure you refer to the size chart before placing your order.
• If an exchange is approved for sizing issues, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
• All exchange or defect-related issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

 

Final Sale Items

Products purchased during any sale or promotional offer are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
